We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse.

Estimated delivery times

Spain & Portugal: 1–2 working days
European Union: 1–2 working days
Rest of the world: 3-5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotions, customs processing, or external courier delays.

Spain & Portugal: orders over 100€
European Union: orders over 120€
Rest of the world: orders over 160€

You have 30 days from the order date to request a return or exchange.

How to return or exchange

All returns and exchanges are processed through our Returns Portal.
Follow the steps in the portal to generate your return/exchange and get the instructions.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must include original tags and packaging
Returns that show signs of use may be refused

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank/provider.
